Earth to Prez Bush: Shareholder rights to sue are being restricted, not expanded.

Shareholder class actions are certainly a debatable issue, but Bush's spinmeister Tony Snow doesn't help by bamboozling the issue, claiming the rights to sue are being expanded. Wrong. They've been eroded, and continue to be restricted.
