Singapore rallies ... right after I sold

Singapore market up huge today, on news that it just tightened monetary policy after reporting its swiftest expansion on record, according to the WSJ.

So why did I sell EWS yesterday??!! ... Because Asian markets (and other foreign markets) have been lagging during the rebound since the Feb. 5 correction low point, while other sectors like financials and consumer discretionary have taken off.
