Buy, Buy, Buy!

There's always an opportunity cost/risk to holding cash, as markets move higher without your participation, and buying on dips simply gets you in at a price higher than you could have had months ago.

But, when you get the flight to safety we've seen in the last few days, it's a buying opportunity for those of us with cash. (Been buying equity funds, MTUM, UUP, DXJ, HEDJ, CSD, 6-Month EW Seasonal Strategy, etc.)

This probably isn't the bottom. One never knows such things. But making long-term investments during short-term panic always pays off over time.
